| Hi all, I am using DRMP 3.1.3 and converted a motion menu to a still frame. When I look at the result in WMP it is fine but on my standalone the picture freezes on the last frame of the previous video. The sound continues to play and even the subpictures for the menu buttons appear... Once the cell reaches its play time and starts over the correct picture appears. I've used Convert to still/Replace with still on other DVDs and it worked fine. Any ideas what's going on ? TIA, tigrilito |

Once audio has finished playing on cell 2, the still frame displays correctly for that cell. Strange thing happens only on Apex is that when navigating to cell 3, last frame of cell 1 still displays until audio for cell 3 has finished playing. btw, I tried Convert to still on the last VTS (Rating screen - 5 sec playing time), none of the standalones can display it. Could it be b/c it's so small and resides on the outer edge of disc that the laser can't correctly pinpoint it, or something else!? |

| I doubt it has anything to do with the length or location of the cells. In my case the transition menu is in cell 1 of VTS 1 and lasts 11 seconds so it should be close to the center of the disc. I even burned an exported test DVD (glad I had a RW media handy) and this one had the problem as well. I'll try to put the transition cell in a separate PGC to see if it changes anything. Will keep you posted. |

| I split my single PGC with 3 cells into 3 PGCs with one cell each but still get the same issue : PGC1 plays fine Audio from PGC2 plays and displays last frame of PGC1, buttons work Audio from PGC3 plays, still frame from PGC2 is displayed, buttons work PGC3 loops and now displays its own still frame Strange that it only happens on certain players... |
