Hi Loi and welcome to our forums. A few extra pieces of information might help Which version clone what writer is being used and what firmware is loaded into it? what media and what speed did you record at? Also have you tried updating clone dvd to make sure you have the latest version or tried another software such as 1clickdvdcopy or DVD95copy to see if the error persists?

Hi, thx for quick reply! Well i ve the Samsung ts h55 2u recorder loaded the last firmware in ?us5?, use Clone DVD 2.4.5.4 and AnyDVD 4.0.4.1. The media is Verbatim DVD-R (16x certified) and tried writing with 8x and max. speed. Not yet tried other programms, would be glad if it would work with CloneDVD. So the first 6 DVDs i tried are lying in the garbage and i m a bit frustrated. WHAT CAN I DO?????

First lets address the firmware issue Please download the latest update US06 available here You will need to also download the firmware flasher available here Now extract both files to the same folder on your destop for easy refernce. Now go into this folder and start the firmware flasher, load the bin file and click flash. Reboot PC and make sure DMA is enabled for your drive. This will add the latest media support for your drive and rule out that issue. Now even though it will record at 16x I believe the samsung records 16x media much better at 12x so that is another option to try. Latest Clone DVD is 2.8.0.1 available Here latest ANYDVD is 5.1.1.1 which is available Here Please unistall previous versions and install the updated ones. Hopefully now all issues should be resolved Smile I recently reviewed this media and the results I found are available Here Under the Verbatim 16x-R and Infiniti 16x-R branding ( both are comparable to each other quality wise ). Please let us know if this helps any Smile
