Hi. I really enjoy using this product, but lately I have been having some major difficulties. Most of the files that I want to convert are avi files and i am very sure that they are functional before I try to convert them. Lately, I have been getting failure messages. The program has become very touch and go. Any help would be appreciated. That file is mpeg4. Some packers encode mpeg4 with closed captions, this might cause problems. (at least it did in previous versions) Open that file with mpeg4modifier and change to open captions, then save file and try to convert that fixed version. If even that is not succesful, report back here. YOu can find that tool here: http://www.moitah.net/
