I am using a Pioneer DVR-108 and it has been great for months. I am copying DVDs and now keep getting a read error each time I am putting the source DVD in “burn process failed”. I am using Nero to copy DVDs. I have tried a few different media; even ones I have previously used. The error is occuring as Nero is copying the image to the HDD; not during the burn process. The drive has 18G free. Some help….

Hi josh303 and welcome to the forum. Is the media you are trying to transfer from a recordable media and if so what type please. You could try DVDDecrypter in read to ISO mode and see if that manages to transfer the discs contents to your HD.
