Hi there. I burned a cd with all mp3s. I recently bought an mp3 cd player. The mp3 cd that i burned plays in my cd player. The problem is that with each of the songs that i burned they will play for 5 to 10 seconds and then stop. I will fast forward the song and it will play just fine for 2 to 10 seconds and then stop again. This will go on throughout all my songs. The cd player will play regular cds with no problem. I just bought the cd player. My cd burner is an acer 10x4x32 cdrw. I had the drivers for it before but then i lost them. So i had to use the general adaptec drivers. It burns the cds. The mp3s that i used were of the highest quality, 128 mps to 256mps. I used the nero burning rom program. Can anyone help me? Everything seemed fine until the songs i burned would stop and start every 5 to 10 seconds. And my cd player does have real good antiskip so that shouldn't be the problem.

why not try the mp3cd in your computer using a media player? and see if such glitches happen in our pc. perhaps the cdplayer is not fully compatible with mp3 cds.

please try another program to burn your mp3 and see if you still have the same problems...also your media might not be fully conpatiable with your cd player. There are plenty of good mp3 burning software in our download section for you to choose from:)
